3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SpaceBlend and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

User-Generated Content: By uploading content to our Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media formats.

Design Library Content: Designs, floor plans, and 3D models available in our design library are subject to their specific licensing terms. Some may require purchase for commercial use.

6. Marketplace Terms

For Buyers: When purchasing products through our marketplace, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the products purchased.

For Sellers: When listing products on our marketplace, you agree to accurately describe your products, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products sold through our marketplace. Disputes between buyers and sellers should be resolved between the parties involved.

We reserve the right to remove any product listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.

7. Expert Services

Experts on our platform are independent contractors and not employees of SpaceBlend. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of expert services.

Agreements between users and experts are solely between those parties. We are not responsible for disputes arising from such agreements.

We reserve the right to remove experts from our platform at our discretion.

8. Project Management and Crowdfunding

Project Management: Our project management tools are provided "as is." We are not responsible for project outcomes or disputes between project participants.

Crowdfunding: Users participating in crowdfunding activities acknowledge that investments involve risk. We do not guarantee returns on investments or project success.

Project creators must provide accurate information about their projects and use funds as described in their project proposals.

9. Property Listings

Users who list properties on our platform are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the properties.

We do not verify the accuracy of property listings and are not responsible for any inaccuracies or misrepresentations.

Property transactions facilitated through our platform are subject to applicable real estate laws and regulations.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpaceBlend and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SpaceBlend. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or contact us to request account deletion.
